Purple milk

fiolettsvovelLactarius repraesentaneus (Northern Bearded Milkcap, Fiolett svovelriske)

Bearded, white milk turning dark purple almost immediately.
Edible if blanched before sauteing but I resisted the temptation.
It smelled weird.

flavidusLactarius flavidus or  Lactarius uvidus (Grå fiolettriske)?

L. flavidus stains “livid lilac”. Slightly sticky cap. Hollow stem in aging mushroom. Inedible.  Rare.

L. uvidus stains “dull lilac”. Poisonous/suspect. More common.

All mushrooms were found in the Rondane National Park, Norway
